A weekly sanctuary for nervous system regulation and returning to your senses through sound.
Date: Wednesdays
Time: 7:00–8:15 PM
This immersive multisensory experience is designed to meet you in whatever state you arrive in. Whether you’re carrying stress, emotional heaviness, physical tension, or seeking relief from mental overload and stimulation, the weekly Renewal Sound Bath invites you to reconnect with your own sensory intelligence and inner resourcefulness by gently placing attention on slowing down and listening.
Over the course of 75 minutes, sound, vibration, lighting, and visuals weave together to help the nervous system shift into a state of down-regulation and rest. Breathing slows, muscles release, attention steadies, and the mind becomes quieter without effort. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clearer, and gently restored—like you’ve returned home to yourself.
Each week, you’ll receive a responsively paced soundscape incorporating singing bowls, chimes, bells, tuning forks, and spatial audio. The experience opens and closes with gentle guided meditation and light breathwork to support arrival, drifting into rest, and re-entry. A 30-minute vibroacoustic segment (felt sound through the body) at the opening of the sound bath deepens physical relaxation. Soft chromotherapy lighting and “star bathing” visuals of the night sky invite a sense of vastness and perspective, further supporting nervous system release and spaciousness.
This is a practice of receiving. No experience is required, and there is nothing you need to do to receive the benefits.
