This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse activates the Virgo–Pisces axis, bringing awareness to the balance between daily life and inner life, structure and surrender, practicality and intuition. Lunar eclipses often surface emotions and patterns that have been building beneath the surface, asking for honest recognition rather than immediate resolution.
This session supports gentle emotional release, nervous system regulation, and integration during a time when feelings and insights can feel heightened or amplified. Through sound and guided presence, participants are invited to observe what is coming into focus without rushing to judgment, allowing clarity to unfold over time. This eclipse reminds us that balance is restored not by choosing one extreme, but by learning how to let order and intuition coexist.
Participants will be lying down for the duration of the journey and guided through sound, breath awareness, and visualization in a way that supports deep settling of the nervous system and embodied presence.
