This New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius marks the beginning of a longer cycle of change, with effects unfolding over the months ahead. Solar eclipses initiate new chapters, often quietly at first, reshaping direction before outcomes are fully visible.
Aquarius energy highlights themes of authenticity, community, future vision, and innovation. This session invites participants to release outdated roles, patterns, or attachments that no longer align, while opening to new ways of connecting, creating, and belonging. Through sound and guided presence, the focus is on grounding the nervous system and allowing fresh perspectives to emerge without force. This eclipse supports surrender to the unknown, trusting that what is beginning now is guiding you toward greater alignment and truth.
Participants will be lying down for the duration of the journey and guided through sound, breath awareness, and visualization in a way that supports deep settling of the nervous system and embodied presence.
