CLEAR
YOUR
For when your thoughts feel scattered or foggy
MIND
What the sessions support
When your mind is carrying too much, focus can start to feel effortful.
You might notice mental fatigue, distraction, or difficulty thinking clearly.
With constant input from screens, decisions, and information, the brain can become overloaded. Over time, this may show up as brain fog, reduced productivity, or difficulty sustaining attention.
These experiences are designed to give your mind space to reset and reorganize.
Instead of pushing through fatigue or relying on more stimulation, the environment supports your nervous system in settling so clarity can begin to return more naturally.
With repeated sessions, people often begin to notice:
- Improve focus and mental sharpness
- Less mental fatigue and reduced brain fog
- Clearer thinking and easier cognitive processing
- Greater ease with creativity and problem-solving
- A growing sense of mental spaciousness
CURATED SESSIONS
Align — Circadian & Cognitive Balance
Align is a bright, refreshing experience designed to gently wake up the mind and bring your natural rhythm back into balance.
Soft daylight tones and clean white-blue light fill the space, similar to stepping outside on a clear day. This kind of light helps signal to your brain that it’s time to be alert and engaged, lifting the mental fog that can build up from screens, poor sleep, or long stretches indoors.
The Experience
As the light shifts, carefully arranged sounds move through the room, supporting focus and clear thinking while keeping the body calm and grounded. The experience feels energizing without being overwhelming, like a mental deep breath that restores clarity rather than pushing intensity.
Over the course of the session, attention sharpens, mood steadies, and fatigue begins to lift. One can describe the feeling as being more present, mentally spacious, and back “in sync,” as though your internal clock has been gently reset.
Align is designed as a midday realignment, ideal for afternoons when energy dips, during travel recovery, or anytime your focus feels scattered. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, awake, and clear, with a sense of natural momentum returning.
Sensory Technology
White-spectrum light creates a bright, expansive environment inspired by the natural qualities of daylight. Rather than the dim lighting associated with deep relaxation, Align uses light to encourage a sense of wakefulness and connection to the daytime environment.
Spatial sound moves around you in a carefully composed soundscape, creating an atmosphere that is both uplifting and grounding. Gentle rhythmic elements invite sustained attention without demanding it, offering a space to settle mental distractions.
Vibroacoustics introduce a physical dimension to the experience. Low-frequency vibrations move through the body, beginning with gentle, grounding sensations and gradually developing into a more rhythmic, energizing experience. The vibration remains comfortable and supportive rather than intense or overstimulating.
The Science
Align is built around well-established research on circadian rhythms, light biology, and cognitive arousal. Rather than overstimulating the nervous system, the experience is designed to restore alignment between your brain, body, and the natural timing of daylight.
Light, circadian timing, and alertness
- Your brain uses light as its primary signal to regulate the circadian clock, a 24-hour rhythm that influences alertness, mood, hormone release, and sleep timing.
Specialized light-sensitive cells in the eyes (intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells, or ipRGCs) respond most strongly to bright, blue-enriched daylight. These cells send signals to the brain’s master clock in the hypothalamus, helping increase daytime alertness and suppress sleep signals.
Research consistently shows that exposure to bright, blue-weighted light during the day improves wakefulness, reaction time, and cognitive performance, especially in people experiencing fatigue, jet lag, or disrupted sleep cycles.
How this shows up in Align
The daylight-inspired lighting helps reinforce a “daytime” signal to the brain, supporting clarity and energy without relying on caffeine or stress-based stimulation.
Alpha and low-beta rhythms and focused calm
Different patterns of brain activity are associated with different mental states.
- Alpha activity (around 8–12 Hz) is often linked with relaxed alertness, creativity, and a calm but awake mind.
- Low-beta activity (around 13–18 Hz) is associated with active thinking, attention, and task engagement.
- Environments that encourage these states, without pushing the nervous system into high stress, are associated with improved focus and reduced mental fatigue.
Spatial sound patterns are designed to support a state of clear, steady attention rather than hyper-focus or agitation, helping the mind feel organized and present.
Outcome
After the session, you may feel:
- A deep sense of calm and nervous system settling
- Reduced mental noise and overthinking
- Improved readiness for sleep at night
- Relaxed muscles and slower breathing
- A feeling of being reset
With repeated sessions, many experience:
- Faster ability to downshift from stress
- Improved sleep quality and recovery
- Reduced baseline anxiety and overwhelm
Drift — Rest & Nervous System Reset
Drift is a deeply calming evening experience designed to help your body and mind fully let go.
Soft moon-like light and cool, gentle tones create a quiet, peaceful space where nothing is demanded of you. Slow, low-frequency sounds move around the room, surrounding you like a cocoon. These sounds mirror the rhythms your brain naturally enters during deep rest and sleep.
The Experience
As the sound travels through space, subtle vibrations move through the body, helping muscles soften and tension melt away. Your nervous system begins to receive a clear signal of safety. Breathing naturally slows, the heart rate eases, and mental chatter gradually fades.
Over time, the body shifts out of stress mode and into a deeply restorative state. This is the place where rest becomes healing, where the mind releases its grip and the body remembers how to recover. The experience can be described as floating somewhere between meditation and dreaming.
Drift is meant to be a gentle landing at the end of the day, a bridge between wakefulness and sleep, leaving you feeling grounded, reset, and deeply nourished.
Sensory Technology
Drift is designed to reduce cognitive load and support full-body downregulation:
Spatial Sound (Slow-Phase Soundscapes)
Low-tempo, continuous audio distributed throughout the dome helps quiet mental activity and guide the brain toward slower rhythms.
Vibroacoustic Platform (Delta-Range Support)
Gentle low-frequency vibrations support:
- Muscle relaxation
- Nervous system settling
- A transition toward deep rest states
360° Visual Environment (Low-Stimulation Mode)
Minimal, slow-moving visuals reduce sensory input, allowing the brain to disengage from external processing.
Chromotherapy (Dim, Warm Lighting)
Reduced light intensity signals safety and supports melatonin production pathways associated with rest.
The Science
Drift is grounded in how the nervous system transitions into rest.
Parasympathetic Activation
Slow sensory input and reduced stimulation shift the autonomic nervous system away from fight-or-flight toward rest-and-repair.
Brainwave Downshifting (Alpha → Theta → Delta)
Low-frequency sound patterns and minimal visual input support the brain’s transition into slower wave states associated with deep relaxation and recovery.
Vibroacoustic Relaxation Response
Low-frequency stimulation has been shown to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation at a physiological level.
Sensory Load Reduction
By minimizing input complexity, the brain is freed from constant processing, allowing the body to prioritize restoration.
Outcome
Align is designed to support a shift from low energy and mental fog toward a greater sense of balance and engagement.
You may leave feeling:
More mentally clear: A greater sense of focus and readiness to engage with your day.
Gently energized: Feeling more awake and uplifted without the intensity of overstimulation.
More grounded: A greater sense of connection to your body through sound and vibration.
Emotionally balanced: An opportunity to ease feelings of sluggishness and reconnect with a more positive state of mind.
Particularly relevant during the darker months, Align offers a supportive sensory experience for those who notice seasonal changes in their energy, motivation, or mood.
Indigo — Introspective Journey
Indigo is an introspective neuro-sensory experience designed to deepen inner awareness and access intuitive insight. Immersed in rich indigo hues, immersive sound and enveloped by low-frequency resonance, Indigo invites participants into a meditative state where the boundary between inner and outer perception begins to dissolve.
The Experience
Indigo invites you into a state of inward attention. As the space fills with deep indigo hues and slow-moving sound, your awareness begins to turn away from the external world and toward your internal landscape.
Thoughts may still arise, but they begin to feel more distant, less dominant. What takes their place is a subtle awareness of sensation, imagery, and feeling.
The air carries Moods’ signature scent, Found, a rich, earthy blend where smoky sandalwood drifts through grounding patchouli and warm amber, evoking the timeless stillness of ancient meditative spaces.
Beloved by yoga and breathwork practitioners, Found conjures an atmosphere of spiritual presence and rooted tranquillity, guiding participants toward inner alignment and sensory depth.
You may notice moments where the boundary between inner and outer softens, where insights, memories, or creative ideas surface without force. It’s less about “figuring something out” and more about listening differently.
This is a space for reflection, integration, and accessing the quiet intelligence beneath the thinking mind.
Sensory Technology
Indigo is designed to support inward focus and perceptual shift through a carefully tuned sensory environment:
Spatial Audio (Slow-Form Soundscapes): Expansive, non-linear sound movement reduces cognitive tracking and supports internal attention
Vibroacoustic Resonance: Low-frequency vibration grounds awareness in the body, anchoring introspection in felt sensation
Indigo Chromotherapy: Deep blue-violet wavelengths are associated with reduced sensory stimulation and heightened internal awareness
Dome Immersion: The enclosed geometry minimizes external distraction, allowing perception to reorganize inward
Together, these elements create a perceptual environment where the external fades and the internal becomes more accessible.
The Science
Indigo draws from neuroscience and sensory research related to introspection and self-awareness:
Reduced External Stimulus Load: Lower sensory input allows the brain to shift from outward attention networks to internal processing (default mode network activity)
Alpha–Theta Brain States: Slower rhythms are associated with reflective awareness, creativity, and access to subconscious material
Interoception: Increased sensitivity to internal bodily signals supports emotional awareness and intuitive decision-making
Chromotherapy & Perception: Indigo wavelengths are often linked to deeper awareness, creativity, and access to inner imagery and insight
Rather than directing the mind, Indigo creates the conditions for self-generated insight to emerge.
Outcome
After an Indigo session, you may feel:
A clearer sense of inner direction or “knowing”
Increased connection to intuition and gut feeling
New perspectives on personal challenges or decisions
Enhanced creativity and imaginative thinking
A deeper connection to self and internal states
Over time, Indigo may support the ability to trust internal signals, access insight more and move through life with greater clarity and alignment.
Neurochemical Cocktail
A guided laughter, movement, and immersive sensory experience designed to shift your state from tension to connection, play, and deep regulation.
Laughter changes more than your mood. It engages the brain, breath, body, and social nervous system at the same time. Neurochemical Cocktail uses intentional laughter as a structured mind-body practice, then transitions into immersive sound and vibroacoustics inside the Sensorium dome to help the experience settle into the body.
.This session is led by Dorota Hedzelek, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and is eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefits.
The Experience
Neurochemical Cocktail begins outside the dome, where you are guided into a gentle arrival through breath and simple movement. There is no pressure to “perform” or be funny; laughter is introduced as a physical practice, not a reaction.
The session builds gradually. Breath deepens, movement becomes more rhythmic, and guided laughter exercises are layered in. At first, the laughter may feel intentional. Over time, it often becomes spontaneous as the body begins to shift state.
You move through a series of playful, structured interactions, alternating between breath, laughter, and light movement. This creates a natural rhythm of activation and release, allowing tension to move through the body without needing to analyze or process it.
You will notice a shift from effort to ease, where laughter becomes less controlled and more embodied. Energy increases, the body feels more open, and emotional lightness emerges.
The session then transitions into the dome for integration. The environment softens, sound becomes immersive, vibration grounds the body, and gentle light with nature visuals supports settling.
Here, the body absorbs the effects of the practice, moving from activation into a calm, regulated state.
Sensory Technology
Laughter Yoga is designed as a two-phase experience: active engagement followed by immersive integration.
- Guided Breath & Laughter Sequences: Structured facilitation supports safe, gradual activation without overwhelm
- Custom Music for Rhythm & Play: Light, rhythmic sound design supports pacing, engagement, and group coherence
- Somatic Movement Cues: Gentle movement helps circulate energy and prevent stagnation during activation
- Social Field Dynamics: Group participation enhances engagement through mirroring and shared rhythm
- Spatialized Soundscapes (Integration Phase): Inside the dome, immersive audio supports nervous system settling
- Vibroacoustic Platform: Low-frequency vibration grounds the body and supports post-activation regulation
- Gentle Light & Nature Visuals: Soft, low-stimulation visuals support safety and down-regulation
- Dome Environment: A contained, predictable space that allows the system to transition from activation into rest
Together, these elements create a play → release → settle → reset pathway.
The Science
Laughter Yoga is grounded in neuroscience, physiology, and social regulation:
- Vagus Nerve Activation: Laughter and deep exhalation stimulate the vagus nerve, supporting parasympathetic activation and emotional regulation
- Stress Hormone Reduction: Laughter has been shown to reduce cortisol and adrenaline, helping the body exit chronic stress states
- Neurochemical Shift: Increased endorphins and dopamine contribute to improved mood and emotional resilience
- Oxygenation & Circulation: Deep, rhythmic laughter increases oxygen intake and blood flow, supporting brain function and alertness
- Social Nervous System Engagement: Group laughter activates mirror neurons and oxytocin pathways, supporting connection and safety
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Alternating activation and relaxation improves nervous system flexibility and resilience
This supports a progression of activation → release → social engagement → integration → regulation.
Outcome
After a session, you may feel:
- A noticeable lift in mood and energy
- Release of physical and emotional tension
- A sense of lightness and ease in the body
- Increased presence and mental clarity
- A feeling of connection to self and others
Over time, this practice may support:
- Improved stress resilience and emotional regulation
- Increased capacity for joy and play without effort
- Greater nervous system flexibility between activation and calm

Neural Imprint
Neural Imprint is a creative, body-led experience that translates your internal state into visual form. Through movement, mark-making, and immersive sensory support, it bypasses the analytical mind, allowing emotion, intuition, and sensation to be expressed directly and physically.
The Experience
Neural Imprint begins by shifting you out of thinking and into sensing. Through guided prompts and immersive sound, you are invited to move and create without overanalyzing, allowing your body to lead the process.
As you engage with materials, your gestures become more instinctive. Lines, shapes, and textures begin to emerge, not as planned outcomes, but as reflections of what is happening internally.
There is no right way to create here. The process is raw, immediate, and personal. Many people experience moments of surprise, where something unspoken or unrecognized takes form on the surface in front of them.
By the end, what remains is both a release and a record, a physical imprint of a moment of connection with your inner world.
Sensory Technology
Neural Imprint combines creative expression with Sensorium’s immersive environment to deepen access to internal states:
Body-Led Creative Interface: Materials and surfaces designed to respond to gesture, pressure, and movement
Immersive Audio: Evolving music that reduce cognitive control and support intuitive expression
Vibroacoustic Feedback: Subtle vibration grounds awareness in the body, enhancing sensory-motor connection
Dynamic Light Environment: Light shifts support emotional tone and perceptual openness
Dome Immersion: A contained, distraction-free space that encourages uninhibited exploration
Together, these elements create a bridge between internal sensation and external expression.
The Science
Neural Imprint is informed by research across neuroscience, creativity, and embodied cognition:
Motor Expression & Emotion: Movement and gesture are directly linked to emotional processing, allowing internal states to be expressed without language
Reduced Prefrontal Control: Creative, non-linear tasks decrease activity in analytical brain regions, supporting access to subconscious material
Sensory-Motor Integration: Coordinating movement with perception strengthens the connection between brain and body
Externalization of Internal States: Translating internal experience into physical form can support clarity, processing, and integration
This process enables a shift from internal ambiguity → visible, embodied insight.
Outcome
After a session, you may feel:
A sense of emotional release and clarity
Increased connection to intuition and internal signals
New insight into thoughts or feelings that were previously unclear
A deeper sense of self-expression and authenticity
A tangible visual artifact that reflects their internal state
Over time, Neural Imprint may support greater self-awareness, creative confidence, and the ability to access and express internal experiences more freely.
NeuroSync — Strengthen Mind-Body Connection
NeuroSync is Sensorium’s signature method for helping the mind and body shift into balanced, restorative states using multiple senses working together in harmony. Instead of relying on just one technique like sound, light, or breath, NeuroSync blends them in a coordinated way that supports brain health.
You can think of it as tuning the mind and body the way you would tune a musical instrument.
The Experience
A session typically feels like:
Being wrapped in warm, soothing sound
Feeling subtle, comforting vibration beneath your body
Resting under soft, atmospheric light
Drifting into a meditative, peaceful state
Leaving with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness
No experience is required, your body does the work naturally.
Sensory Technology
NeuroSync integrates multiple sensory systems to influence the nervous system simultaneously:
Spatial Audio: Precisely positioned sound sources create a three-dimensional auditory field that the brain naturally tracks and organizes around
Vibroacoustic Platforms: Low-frequency vibrations travel through the body, stimulating mechanoreceptors and supporting full-body relaxation
Dynamic Light and Visual Environment: Subtle, programmed shifts in light and visuals help regulate circadian and neural rhythms
Acoustically Tuned Dome Architecture: The geometry of the space enhances immersion and reduces external sensory interference
Together, these elements create a unified sensory field that the nervous system can synchronize with.
The Science
NeuroSync is grounded in emerging research across neuroscience, psychoacoustics, and somatic therapy:
Brainwave Entrainment: Repetitive auditory and vibrational frequencies can guide the brain toward slower, more regulated states such as alpha and theta
Vagus Nerve Stimulation: Low-frequency sound and vibration have been shown to support parasympathetic activation and reduce stress responses
Neural Coherence: Structured sensory input can increase synchronization across different regions of the brain, improving regulation and clarity
Sensory Integration: Multi-sensory environments help the brain shift out of hypervigilance by providing predictable, rhythmic input
Rather than forcing relaxation, NeuroSync creates the conditions for the nervous system to reorganize itself.
Outcome
After a NeuroSync session, you may feel:
A noticeable reduction in stress and mental tension
A quieter, more focused mind
A deep sense of physical relaxation and grounding
Improved emotional balance and resilience
A reset feeling, similar to waking from restorative sleep
Over time, repeated exposure may support greater nervous system flexibility, improved recovery, and enhanced capacity to move between states of rest and engagement with ease.
Sopio — A Neuroacoustic Sleep Experience
Sopio is an immersive nighttime journey created to support the transition from wakefulness into sleep. Inspired by the gentle drowsiness that can arise while riding in a car, Sopio combines sopite-like vibroacoustic patterns, a soft 60 BPM hand-drum rhythm, nature sounds, and spacious ambient soundscapes beneath a calming night sky.
Rather than asking you to “try” to relax, Sopio creates the conditions for the body to feel supported. The experience invites the nervous system to release vigilance, soften physical tension, and gradually enter a sleep-ready state.
The Experience
You are welcomed into a quiet nocturnal environment where sound, vibration, and atmosphere unfold slowly around you. A gentle hand-drum beats like a resting heart, providing a steady rhythmic anchor while natural textures and soft soundscapes move through the dome.
Beneath the body, subtle vibroacoustic waves rise and fall in slow, car-like motion patterns. The sensation is smooth, predictable, and deeply calming, like being gently rocked without effort. As the session progresses, the soundscape becomes more spacious, the vibration softens, and the body is guided toward stillness.
Sopio is designed for anyone seeking deeper rest, nervous system downshifting, or support transitioning into sleep.
Sensory Technology
Sopio uses Sensorium’s immersive sensory environment to create a full-body sleep experience:
- Sopite-like vibroacoustics
Slow amplitude modulation is applied to low-frequency vibration, creating a gentle sensation of passive motion similar to the drowsiness some people feel during a calm car ride. - 60 BPM hand-drum rhythm
A soft drum pulse, paced like a resting heart, provides a grounding rhythmic cue that supports safety, regulation, and entrainment. - Spatialized nature sounds
Nighttime natural textures are placed throughout the dome to create depth, spaciousness, and environmental calm. - Gentle ambient soundscapes
Soft harmonic layers unfold gradually, reducing stimulation and helping the mind settle without needing to focus. - Night sky visual environment
The visual field is intentionally slow, dark, and spacious, supporting the body’s natural association with evening, quiet, and rest.
The Science
Sopio is designed around the relationship between rhythm, vibration, predictability, and nervous system regulation.
The vibroacoustic component is inspired by sopite-like drowsiness: the sleepy, heavy, relaxed state that can arise from gentle passive motion. Instead of creating strong movement or discomfort, Sopio uses slow, smooth amplitude curves to mimic the soothing quality of being carried.
The 60 BPM drum rhythm mirrors a calm resting heart rate, offering the body a steady cue of safety and downregulation. Repetitive, predictable rhythms can help reduce cognitive effort and support a shift away from alertness.
Low-frequency vibration adds a body-based pathway into relaxation. By delivering subtle waves through the body, Sopio helps draw attention out of the thinking mind and into physical sensation, supporting the transition from mental activity into rest.
The spatial sound and nighttime atmosphere further reduce sensory demand. Together, these elements create a coherent environment that encourages the nervous system to move from vigilance toward restoration.
Outcome
Sopio is designed to support:
- A smoother transition into sleep
- Reduced mental overactivity
- A calmer nervous system state
- A sense of being gently carried
- Softening of physical tension
- Greater readiness for deep rest
- A more embodied feeling of safety and ease
